I picked this place because of its high rating, and I feel that the rating is well deserved. I got an eye exam and bought a pair of frames and lenses. At every stage, the people I dealt with were competent, friendly, and patient. I never felt rushed, and I never felt pressured to buy something that I didn't need. My options were explained to me intelligently and respectfully. The glasses look great and fit perfectly! Very happy to recommend this business to anyone who needs to purchase glasses or contacts.

Had annual eye exam here with Dr Chun. She is awesome!! The entire process was instructed and explained clear and efficient, with kind patience. The store staffs are friendly too. They ask if you want frames/contact but does not force you to get them. I had lasik surgery before so never thought about would need anything apart from annual exam. Now I found out the vision isn’t perfect I would pick a premium plan and check back next year for better coverage. Thanks for the patience for explaining the prices.

Everyone is super nice at place. From the person at the front of the shop, to the techs, and the Optometrists. I had to go back a couple of times for my glasses prescription because I was having a tough time getting used to wearing glasses again. No one made me feel uncomfortable or said anything rude. They patiently helped me. I was really surprised and glad I decided to check out French Optical after passing it by for years.

Great place to buy great prices too. I was shopping around trying to find the right price for my glasses which are usually very expensive because I have all sorts of vision issues. They gave me a great discount and were very patient ( took two hours just choosing frames, and also changed my mind last minute) they had my glasses ready really fast!
