At the heart of the design is a laser-cut, single-piece titanium front: each frame begins as a 0.7mm titanium sheet from which the front and hinge housings are cut and precisely bent in a single uninterrupted piece. This eliminates every solder joint, screw, and rivet, producing a frame with an almost architectural purity—smooth, unbroken lines from lens to temple.
