   These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the French Optical website and your interactions with us in-store or through our communications and advertising. Because we do not sell products via the website, these Terms do not cover online sales or e-commerce.

3. Services Offered
   French Optical offers vision exams, eyeglass prescriptions, fittings, eyewear repairs, frame and lens selection, and related optical services at our physical location.

4. Appointments & Scheduling

   • Appointments are subject to availability.

   • We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate same-day service where possible.

   • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide notice as early as practical.

5. Pricing & Payment

   • All service and product prices are as quoted in-store.

   • Payment is due at time services are rendered or products are picked up, unless otherwise agreed.

   • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and any other methods displayed in-store.

6. Prescription Validity & Warranty

   • Prescriptions are valid in accordance with state regulations. (You may wish to indicate how long prescriptions are considered valid, e.g. 1-2 years.)

   • We warranty frames and premium lenses for two years (as stated on your website).

   • Prescription guarantees: if your vision changes significantly within six months and meets certain criteria, you may be eligible for a prescription adjustment or re-evaluation.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Adjustments

   • Because eyewear products are personal items, returns or exchanges are subject to our in-store policies.

   • If items are defective, damaged, or do not conform to prescription, we will work to correct or replace.

   • Adjustments (fit, minor corrections) will be provided as part of service.

8. Advertising & Promotions

   • Any promotional offers (discounts, special deals) are subject to change and may have limitations (time-limited, cannot be combined with other offers, restrictions may apply).

   • We reserve the right to discontinue or modify promotions without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability
   To the maximum extent permitted by law:

   • French Optical is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of use of our services (for example, loss of use, lost time).

   • Our liability for any claim relating to our services/products is limited to the amount you paid us for those services or products.

    We strive to ensure that information on our website, in advertising, and in our store (pricing, descriptions, offers) is accurate. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies and to change or update information without prior notice.
